Our Company

Termguard (M) Sdn Bhd is the Asia subsidiary of Termguard International Pty. Ltd, a multi-national company offering termite management solutions on a global scale. Headquartered in Perth, Australia, Termguard was established in 1986 and has since expanded to the USA in 2002 and Asia in 2003.

Termguard (M) Sdn Bhd office is located in Malaysia, and is managed by Eric Phua, our Asia General Manager.

Currently Termguard Asia has 9 qualified licensees across Asia and the Middle East: including Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, UAE and Japan, with prospects to expand in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam in the coming years.

To date, Termguard has installed systems in excess of 150,000 buildings across Australia and are now currently being installed in USA, Asia and the Middle East.
